LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT

The Ajera Users Association Board of Directors would like to invite you to our 2019 conference on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas.

Join us for hands on training, user to user networking and presentations by industry experts for an educational experience that is definitely worth the price of admission. Bethany Hahn, our education committee lead, along with her co-chair, Paula Killebrew, have put together a great list of classes that are sure to enhance and improve your Ajera experience. Classes are taught by others who are in the trenches daily, just like you, along with some Deltek folks who specialize in the Ajera solution! Even if you’ve been on the software for years, I promise, there are always things to learn! Back this year will be “meet the expert” sessions where you can schedule individual times to talk one on one about issues that you may be facing. And don’t forget the CPE credits…up to 24 for three day attendees.

But it’s not all work and no play…we will again be hosting a welcome reception on Tuesday night, April 23rd, to give you a chance to meet and get to know other Ajera users. We are busy planning our Thursday night outing that is sure to entertain.

How do I register for and take advantage of the AUA Conference hotel special?

Information on the conference hotel block and booking can be found in your registration confirmation email and the conference brochure linked above.

If multiple individuals from my company are attending the conference, can I just register for them all?

Not currently. All attendees should register for their own account and purchase conference registration separately. If you are the membership administrator, however, you should add all attending employees' accounts onto the company's membership. A membership is valid for an entire company.

Can I purchase conference registration using a method other than those offered here (via check, etc.)?

Yes! Please contact us using the contact form on the main ajerausers.org website to arrange alternate payment. You should still, however, go through the process of ensuring all attendees have an account and that your company membership is up-to-date.
