The Ajera Users Association is currently seeking talented Ajera User volunteers to join the Board of Directors. As the premier independent user group for Ajera software, we have a unique opportunity for users to serve users. Becoming a member of the Ajera User Association Board of Directors will allow you to share in the fulfillment of the organization’s vision and shape the future direction of the association.  

If you or someone in your user member firm is interested in furthering your participation and can volunteer time and talent to the association, please consider running. You must be employed by a member firm and be a user of the software to hold a position therefore we encourage you to seek employer approval prior to submitting nomination. Board meetings are held monthly via Zoom for one hour.  Additional time commitments vary depending on your committee involvement and position on the Board. Let your employer know the importance of AUA in the growth and continued development of Ajera.

The following positions are available for 2024-2025 board nominations:

• Director  (2 positions available): This is an excellent way to get started with the board (two-year term)
• Treasurer  (1 position available): Executive committee position requiring attendance to multiple committee meetings. Advisable to have at least one year of board experience. (two-year term)
• Vice President  (1 position available): Executive committee position requiring attendance to multiple committee meetings. Advisable to have at least one year of board experience. (one-year term, moves directly to one-year term as President, then subsequently moves to one-year term as immediate Past President)
